Abstracts: There are two parts in this project first is data monitoring and second one is controlling different equipments according to state of sensors. In the first part analog data accessed from sensors and Signal from Sensors are in analog form and is fed into the avr micro-controller. All are converted in to digital form by inbuilt ADCs (Analog to digital converter) in avr. Sensors used are Gas sensor, LM 35 (for temperature), PIR sensor, and ultrasonic sensor (for liquid level). State of sensor and equipments is monitored on screen in control room. There is RF-Id module placed for the door of Control room. In second part according to respective sensor output respective equipment will be run or stop by the avr. On leakage of gas, alarm will be raised. Temperature above our limit will turn off the Gas Valve. Respective pump is controlled after the tank according to completion of work of respective stage. Person who pass through restricted area controller will blow the buzzer at control room, for this PIR sensor is used. If final chemical tank is filled controller will send a message to the mobile of authorized person.
