PERFORMANCE APPARISAL REPORT
Objective of the Project
The objective of this project is to provide the information about the
employee(s) achievements in the company and grades from the higher
authority and increment in the salary according to there grades.
Structure of the Program
Analysis:
Performance Appraisal Report(PAR) contains the detailed
information about the employees of "Hindustan Aeronautics
Limited", where employees can report their achievements in
1st two quarters and then the higher authority can view those
report and give grade for the employee(s) and the superior
authority can view the report and increment the salary for an
employee. In our PAR site employees can enter into

Login : Here the user can login to enter the basic details of them and view the other details of them in that Quarter.
Part a : Here the basic details and achievements can be added and each and every officer can see this page. The higher authority officers can see the details of the officers but they cannot edit the data.
Part b : Here the appraise/officer Should fill up this part and submit it to Initiating Authority at the end of the assessment year. And comments on the self appraisal will be done by the Initiating Authority and Reviewing Authority. And also the Integrity of the appraise is also done by Initiating Authority and Reviewing Authority.
Part c : Here the assessment of traits and the grades given to the officers depending on the performance, job knowledge, quality of work, man management, punctuality & attendance and also scale of gradation.
Part d : Here the Qualitative assessment of the appraise regarding attitude towards his work, colleague, superiors and sub-ordinates, improvements shown by him, any other comments that are given by Initiating Authority and Reviewing Authority.
