Abstracts: Help-Desk systems are generally used to serve the clients regarding their requests. Every industry deploys such system to ease the workload and improve the efficiency. The aim of our project is to give exceptional assistance in handling the day-to-day problems faced by the employees of the organization. These problems or queries can span into various categories. This system gives access to different levels of employees according to their role in the organization. It provides them with certain role-specific services with clean user interface and transparent data handling. Apart from handling issues, it can assist employees to deal with different kind of resources available in the organization – i.e. software, hardware. Resource management is another striking feature of this project. End user can request for a resource and Administrator can assign the resource. Report generation is another add-on as well. So this product provides everything an organization need to operate smoothly.
