Objective:
The objective of image morphing is presents a method for the representation of facial images. Image morphing, sometimes also called image metamorphosis, deals with the smooth transformation from one digital image to another. This technique is often used in the entertainment industry to achieve stunning special effects.
Morphing is special effect in motion pictures and animations that changes (or morphs) one image into another through a seamless transition. This technique is often used in the entertainment industry to achieve stunning special effects.
It has proven to be a powerful tool for visual effects in film and television, depicting the fluid transformation of one digital image into another. It has proven to be a powerful tool for visual effects in film and television, depicting the fluid transformation of one digital image into another.
Image morphing is the process of interpolating between two images in order to create something which looks like a nice blend between the two input images. If you've never played with an image morphing program, go find one - it's certainly an amusing way to spend a few minutes, especially if you have some pictures of family and friends lying around to play with.
The morphing problem can be defined as follows: Given twoface images, transform one into the other as smoothly(visually pleasing) and as fast as possible. The problem involves image warping and color interpolation. The procedures described here, which collectively produce the morph, are control point extraction, warping and transition control.
Scope:
Image metamorphosis has proven to be a powerful visual effects tool. There are now many breathtaking examples in film and television depicting the fluid transformation of one digital image into another.
Morphing among multiple images is ideally suited for image composition applications where elements are seamlessly blended from two or more images.
It should be possible to use computer vision techniques to automatically register features between two images.
Software Development Lifecycle
Information is the requirement of every organization. In Fact, large organizations have started having information system whose work is together with the necessary data and to process data into meaningful information.
Software Engineering Paradigm
The development Strategy that encompasses the process, methods, and tools and the generic phase is called Software Engineering Paradigm. The s/w paradigm for software is chosen based on the nature of the project and application, the methods and the tools to be used, and the controls and deliverables that are required.

About Image Morphing:
Image morphing is the process of interpolating between two images in order to create something which looks like a nice blend between the two input images. If you've never played with an image morphing program, go find one - it's certainly an amusing way to spend a few minutes, especially if you have some pictures of family and friends lying around to play with.Sometimes, you'll see more amusing pictures on the web, such as this one. The exact way you subdivide the image into triangles doesn't really matter. What matters is that the triangles are mapped one to one nicely - if a certain triangle on the first image encloses the subject's nose, the corresponding triangle in the target image should also enclose the subject's nose. Some morphing algorithms even attempt to use computer vision and feature detection to perform automated motion, without having a human adjust the triangle mesh. Using affine transformations, the begin image and end image would be triangulated similarly and each triangle from the begin image would be transformed into the corresponding triangle in the end image through matrix multiplication. The color density would then be mapped to its new value.
Feasibility Study:
All the projects are feasible given the unlimited resources and the infinite time. Unfortunately the development of a computer based system or product is more likely to be planned by the scarcity of resources and difficult delivery dates. It is necessary and prudent to evaluate the feasibility of a project at the earliest possible time.
Operational Feasibility
This study helps us in finding whether the work to be done will be operational with the available staff and within the given time. The staff is fully capable of handling information system. The IT literacy is of good order and the software has been made in such a way that it becomes easier for the user to answer queries being asked. This will facilitate easy use and adoptability of the system.Based on this,it was felt that the proposed system would be operationally feasible.
Time Feasibility
We have been able to complete the work in the time allotted to us. This included the thorough study of the material followed by the implementation part.If further enhancements are to be made, then the performance can be increased fast as it won’t be time consuming. Therefore we can say that the project is time feasible.
Resource Feasibility
This project is feasible in terms of resources. The main requirements are computer system, software i.e easily available. As both the hardware and software resources needed are not too difficult to procure, therefore it is resource feasible.
Summary:
Traditionally morphing would involve cross-fading the images. That is, the first image would be displayed and then would begin to fade out while the second image is fading in simultaneously. The end result would be that of the second image. Image morphing,

Feasibility study comprises Economic Feasibility: The cost of conducting a full system, including software and hardware cost for the class of application being considered should be evaluated. Technical Feasibility: It deals with the hardware as well as software requirements.
