Abstracts: Cloud computing is the use of computing resources (hardware and software) that are delivered as a service over a network. Cloud computing entrusts remote services with a user's data, software and computation. End users access cloud-based applications through a web browser or a light-weight desktop or mobile app while the business software and user's data are stored on servers at a remote location. Cloud computing providers offer their services according to several fundamental models: infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS). Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is the delivery of hardware (server, storage and network), and associated software (operating systems virtualization technology, file system), as a service. Job Scheduling is the most important activity performed in all the Cloud Computing Environments. We will setup a “LIVE” Cloud Environment using two different Machines(Server and Client) using an open source framework known as "EUCALYPTUS". And we will study existing Job Scheduling Algorithms and will develop a New and improved Dynamic Scheduling algorithm which will help achieve maximum profit and efficient utilization of resources and thus will help Cloud Service providers as well as Cloud service users in Future to a great extent.
