Abstracts: Generally the process of arranging the corporate meetings is cumbersome. The entire process will need one person on feet performing it as his sole responsibility. The person will have to check for the free rooms, members’ availability, and will have to make the schedule manually, will have to inform the attendees, which is very time consuming. The SnapTag Application makes this process as easy as few touches on iPhone screen. This application will fetch the details from the Meeting Scheduler so as to arrange the meetings, will determine the schedule, book the rooms and tag these details on the snap (e.g. Calendar) taken by the iPhone camera. This snap will be sent to the attendees as an email. Thus the time consuming process becomes too easy and will reduce the work load of the person in charge. The Snap Tag Application will communicate with Meeting Scheduler to get all the rooms & meetings available to tag with the snap (e.g. Calendar). User can select appropriate details to be tagged with the snap. All the attendees for the tagged meeting will get that mail. The attendees can send acceptance or denial email. There are various applications related to Meeting Scheduler but the SnapTag application is new for the iPhone device. Our application is an improvement for a system already employed by eInfochips. SnapTag will allow employees to not have to manually arrange a meeting, which is indeed tedious. Like the current system, SnapTag will access the employees, departments, meeting rooms, member’s availability etc from central application server. The application will connect wirelessly to the eInfochips application server and schedule meetings through this application.
