1. How many new employees are appointed and terminated?
Every year the number will be around 30 going out and 40 plus coming in (Joining )
2. What are the different factors affecting pay scale and job rewards, promotions and compensation?
Skill and need are the forces which drive us to decide about these two factors
3. What are the various techniques you adopt to recruit a fresh graduate and what qualities do you expect from the candidate?
Rarely we go to campus placements (we normally go to good Pvt engineering colleges like vasavi, CBIT, MVSR etc but never to IITH, NIT, JNTU, OU because they never stick to the jobs . Many a times, we recruit people through open advertisement in local news papers.
4. What strategies you use to retain experts?
Promotions and showing direct and in direct benefits to them has worked most of the times
5. Nowadays many companies are becoming de-jobbed so what is your definition of JOB?
Its not true in my company and hence cant answer this
6. What are the various sources from which information about the job data is collected? Also specify the advantages and disadvantages of each method?
We are very clear with the process with experienced people are available at our disposal. Hence, never we had problems having job data with us. Our HR does this analysis and provides us with the data when required.
7. What are the Job design strategies? What contemporary issues do you face in job designing?

8. What are the various techniques used in job engineering?
NA
9. Is job rotation done? If yes, How often it is done and what benefits it has created for the company? If not,Why?
Never it is experimented as this is not practical for us.
10. By what percent job enlargement and job enrichment has improved an employee’s decision making, planning, creativity and controlling?
Not clear and can’t answer this as I don’t have the necessary analysis with me
11. Any other methods to improve job design for your company?

12. How much time and money is spent on job analysis and recruitment per annum?
Around 2 lakhs per annum during the last 4 years time
