DTMF BASED INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITY CONTROLLER

INTRODUCTION:
This project is designed with the help of by making use of
PC as well as with microcontroller.This project is designed as per the recent
technology with advancement. Here the parameters such as fluid,furnace temperature
and for the fire hazard detection. Here all the parameters are displayed
near the PC on LCD, depending on the parameter displayed on the
LCD, particular parameter can be controlled with the help of RF signal.
With the help of this project one can control the whole industry
just by sitting from the cabin or the control room. at present almost all the
industries are switching to operate the machineries using software i.e
PLC,Microcontroller,etc..
The different parameters are sensed with different sensors
and the signal is processed and fed to the output is fed to the indicators.So
that one can control the particular parameter with the help of RF remote
The block diagrams and circuitry are explained in the forth
coming chapters.
SENSORS:
The sensors thermistor is employed to sense the temparature
and the wire strips are used to sense the fluid.And the fluid is sensed with
metal sensors and the motor fault by vibration sensor.The signal is amplified
and the corresponding relays are operated to trigger the FM Tx .The
FM Tx transmits the frequency of 49MHz.
FM RECEIVER:
It FM receiver is tuned to the frequency of 49MHz, the
FM Rx receives the signal from the FM transmitter demodulates it and fed to
the input port of the 8051 to display the different parameters in the LCD.
INPUT PORT:
The signal is received from the fluid sensing circuit is fed
to the input port of 8051microcontroller, the function of input port is to
receive the signal and feds to the microcontroller. As we know by default or
by reset , the Microcontroller ports acts as a out put port if it is to be used as
input port, it must be programmed .
MICROCONTROLLER:
The 8051 microcontroller is employed and the program is
down loaded in the ROM, the 8051 receives the signal from the input port
and and executes the instructions stored in the ROM and sends the signal
through the output port tomake the LCD to displays the parameters of the
industry on the LCD placed near the system(PC).
OUTPUT PORT:
It supplies the data to the lcd to display the position of
fliud on the lcd screen.
Once the parameter is displayed,the control particular
parameter controlled with the help of RF remote.
ADVANTAGES:
1.Whole industry can be controlled from the control room iself.
2.It saves time and the work is done faster with less no. of operators.
3.Going near to furnaces is too danger,so by adopting this ptoject no need
to go near the furnace to control it .
4.Man power is decreased.
5.flexible in contyrolling the loads.
6.It cane employed in almost all the industries.
APPLICATIONS:
1.used to control all macheneries.
2.It can be employed to control cranes in the industries.
3.It cane used to contol any devices as per the interface is adopted.
4.It can be employed in all the industries.
