Abstract:
Now a day’s, remote monitoring is interesting area for many researcher in the domain of mobile communication technology. There are tons of application areas for this remote monitoring system, some of which includes remote monitoring of patient health, and surveillance system with remotely monitoring. Here we consider the context of personal computer or personal computer network monitoring. When the term “Computer Network” is called one another term i.e. “security” is also comes attached to this. Today nearly we all share our private data through verity of communication media like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Etc. Sharing of the data over such communication media can lead to a variety of threats like replay attacks, denial of services, data modification, Etc. Here we consider security issue of personal computer network, which is remotely monitoring using smart phone. In this paper we propose a secure application model for personal computer network monitoring. Objective of this model is securely monitor state of computer of personal LAN with the use of smart phone through Wi-Fi.

Remote Monitoring:
Since we are using mobile device like smart phone for monitoring, it facilates with remote monitoring capability.
Independent of State of system:
Application provides viewing of log’s, for both online as well as offline status of system.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
Our system is built around use Client-Server approach. Where client request to server and server responds to the client. In our system Server is connected to the smart phone through JSON (Java Script Object Notation) parsing,and the clients are the system connected in network. When administrator requestsfor information through his smart phone the request first send to the server of LAN network. Then after Server responds to that request.We consider android based Smart Phones due to user friendly nature of android OS and easy to application development.
As our focus is on security, we are propose a novel security algorithm to prevent internet attack by 196 vulnerability of WPA/WPA2.The symmetric encryption algorithm based on stream cipher provides security and confidentiality to the message between android phone and server of the LAN.
Command List:
There are various command list provided by system which can be given through smart phone by administrator.
• Net View:
Get in your cell phone, the list of entire client’s in LAN. Keep pinging every time to check
• Activate Process:
Activate different processes in either the server machine or any of the client’s.
• Kill Process:
Kill the desired processes in either the server or clients.
• Read:
You can read the drives, folders, files of any of the client machines/ the server machine fromcell.
• Open File:
A small text file residing in any of the client or the server machine can be opened in yourcell phone.
• Compile & Execute:
Compile and execute java programs. Get the acknowledgement in cell phone.
• Chatting:
You can establish half-duplex chat between clients, server and cell phone.
• Broadcast messages:
Broadcast messages to clients, Server from cell.
• New File:
Create a new document in the cell phone and save the same in either the server or clientmachine.
• Shut Down:
Shut Down the client machines from mobile.
Conclusion:
Proposed LAN Monitoring System takes advert effect in monitoring the personal LAN or just a single computer. Proposed system resolves Security issues. In future the command set can be increased to task level like Monitoring resource utilization of computer.
