COMPONENTS OF LASER LEVELING SYSTEM
Transmitter unit is mounted on tripod stand at the site itself. Transmitter transmits the LASER signal in all directions. The receiver is mounted on mast on drag bucket , it receives the signal and gives the signal to control unit. Control unit is then take corrective actions for unevenness of land by rising or lowering the bucket by hydraulic means
LASER PRODUCTION
After achieving the population inversion it is exposed to beam of photons which cause induced emission of photons and laser beam is produced.
LASER TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVER
The laser transmitter mounts on a tripod which allows the laser beam to sweep above the tractor unobstructed. With the plane of light above the field, several tractors can work from one transmitter.
The laser receiver is an omni-directional receiver that detects the position of the laser reference plane and transmits these signals to the control box. The receiver mounts on a manual or electric mast attached to the drag bucket.
