This application can connect the site visitors to the site owner with the chat widget. It can help businesses build meaningful relationships with their customers. One can use this Chat Support to monitor their site visitors and engage their customers into a chat. It hires Agents that are available 24X7.Site visitors can chat with the agents available for them and can ask their queries regarding the website.Customers gets a personal service by talking with the agents about the product. It also groups the agents into departments. This will help in handling important matters in big teams. Agents help visitors by chatting, mailing, video calling, file sharing etc. Visitors also can do conferences, group discussions etc .Website Admin can track visitor's location, browser, operating system, IP address. These information can be useful to create new better marketing campaigns later. The key purpose for this application is to help the site owner to fetch and track potential customers.
