Coherent Communications is an organization established in 1988, dedicated to Training and Development of Human
Resources for Organizational Development. The process is of continuous development for Realization of Potentials

improve the capabilities while keeping pace with fast changing and demanding Technological, Socio-
economic and Cultural Environment. While doing all this the element of sustainable, environment

TRAINING METHODOLOGY
AFTER ASSESSMENT AND IDENTIFICATION OF NEEDS: through
discussions
with
management and other concerned groups, the Training
Programs are designed for
Corporate, Senior, Middle line and staff Managers, Supervisors, workers, Union
representatives and new recruits etc. depending on organization structure and
organizational needs.
The program design incorporates major skills such as Conceptual, Human relations,
Technical and information as called for the objective of the training program: Profile of the
organization and interviewing prospective participants is done to an appropriate level.
The Training Methodology is directed: towards viewing the program as a catalyzing
process for achieving learning and super learning, motivating and attitudinal change
required for balancing the organizational and individual paradigms of needs, rather than an
end in itself.
The Training methodology is participative: and may include small lectures, Group
exercises, Discussions, Structured Exercises, Demonstrations, Presentations, Audio, video or
multimedia Presentations. All this is with built in evaluation and monitoring for furthering
EXCELLENCE.
