Introduction
A Stand & Ride Scooter is an electric scooter which uses electricity for locomotion. It is called Stand & Ride Scooter because there is no seat and the scooter is driven while standing. It is also known as Tricyclopod. It is a three-wheeled motorized (usually electric) scooter-like vehicle, which is ridden in upright standing position and is used for personal transportation. S N R stand upright by themselves and do not require balancing. Simple models without a gearbox are not generally used on steep hills, being optimized instead for riding fast (15 miles per hour (24 km/h)) on flatter roads. A STAND AND RIDE scooter has a small platform with two or more wheels that is propelled by an electric motor. Besides the motor, propulsion can also happen by the rider, pushing off to the ground. It is generally used for small distance travelling.
CONCLUSION
WHILE THE INVESTIGATION IN THIS REPORT ESTABLISHES THE FEASIBILITY OF STAND AND RIDE SCOOTER.A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF FUTURE WORK IS REGUIRED TO IMPROVE THE CURRENT DESIGN AND MEASURE DIFFERENT PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS. TESTING OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF COMPONENTS WILL BE NECESSARY TO OBTAIN GREATER POWER OUTPUTS THAN THE CUURENT PROTOTYPE. FURTHER THE BENEFITS LIKE REDUCED ENVIRONMENTALS IMPACTS, SIMPLICITY, HIGH VERSATILITY AND RELAIBILITYWILL MAKE THE USE OF THIS SCOOTER IN FUTURE AND THUS DECREASING THE PROBLEMS OF ENERGY CRISIS.
