Biodigester Mrc is commited to provide the eco friendly toilets to the Indian natives so that we can make our enviourment free from pollution, especially free from human wastage.MRC is currently operating with two types of biodigester to set up bio toilets.
Stainless Steel Biodigestors is mainly used to install in trains. It is much appreciated initiative of MRC to install bio-toilets in the trains to make the railway tracks waste free and odorless. Because INDIA has the biggest railway network in the world so it is a necessary to provide the passengers healthy, odorless, non obnoxious travelling conditions. Human Waste disposal in running trains is a burning problem faced by Indian Railways. Presently, it is directly discharged on the tracks without any treatment. The untreated waste causes aesthetic nuisance and its partial degradation by natural micro flora of the waste and the environment further generating foul smell causing miserable conditions at the platforms for the travelers and at for the maintenance staff. Besides, causing the organic pollution, human waste is rich source of deadly pathogens like typhoid, cholera, diarrhea, jaundice, etc which get an access to the eatables and water sources by air, flies etc. So we at MRC together with the technology by DRDE have taken the initiative to develop the Bio toilet System for the Indian Railways as per the traveling passenger's conditions. The stainless steel biodigestor is specially designed & manufactured for installation in the trains. The bio-toilet system is fitted between the wheels of the train. The inlet of the digester connected to the toilet seat does not provide any bad smell in the toilet. The system is completely Microprocessor controlled system and necessary provisions have been made to sense and eject any plastic bottle, polythene or other waste material at the inlet to stop entering into the digester. Once the plastic bottles, polythene and other waste material are dumped out from the system the human wastage is transferred to treatment chamber where bio digestion occurs. At this step all wastage is converted in water and gas (methane) through anaerobic digestion. Now, the gas is vented out or can be utilized for various purposes and treated water can be used for irrigation purpose. Maintenance of the stainless steel biodigesters is very easy. The components of bio toilet are toilet seat; the drain pipe from the toilet connected to the bio-digester, the bio-digester itself, the microbial inoculums and the out let for the gas and liquid effluent. All of them should be maintained and should be in working condition.
