Abstracts: MLM is a marketing strategy in which the sales force as well as the members both contribute towards increasing the sales of a company, and revenue generation. Every member in the company can create sub-members and a hierarchical membership chain is maintained from the top to the bottom. These members have a parent child relationship and contribute towards the marketing of the company. They also get a discounted access to the company product catalogue. The motivation is that a member earns if he creates sub-members, and this helps the company grow fast and generate revenue quickly. Our System will manage the entire MLM business and give access to individual members to manage their accounts and sub trees. The relationships between members should be well managed as it may lead to chaos when the number of members increases beyond a limit. Every member will manage his account, his position in the tree and can see the credits he has earned through marketing. Credits can be encashed by the members after reaching a fixed pre-defined credit limit, or after a pre-defined interval of time. The administrator of the company can manage the credits and clear the credits of any member while giving him the cash. All the cash encashment records will be stored by the system giving a full history of every member’s activity. Most importantly, we will have an admin panel that can support the configuration of categories and products which are offered by the company. Every product will have pricing information and photos which can be viewed by Guest Users as well as members. Members may be given an additional discount on items which they can add to the cart and place orders. Admin will receive the orders and confirm them which can then be either delivered or collected by the member from the nearest store.
