INTRODUCTION
Nokia is a Finland bases company , incorporated in 1967.
Nokia started of as a pulp , rubber and cable manufacturing company to a major manufacturer of mobile devices.
It’s a leading manufacturer of mobile devices.
Nokia offers a wide range of mobile devices with the experience in music, video, imaging, gaming and lot more.
It also provides services for network operators.
It is currently the 5th most wanted brand in the world.
CODE OF ETHICS
Purpose -
The purpose of this Code of Ethics (“Code”) is to deter wrongdoing and to promote standards of good corporate practices.
2. Applicability-
The Code applies to Nokia’s Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller (“Officers”).
3. Good corporate practices-
3.1 Honest and ethical conduct : The Officers shall act honestly and ethically in all their business activities in their respective roles.
3.2 Conflicts of interest :
Situations involving an actual or apparent conflict of interest between personal and professional relationships of the Officers with Nokia, or any doubt thereof, shall be handled in an ethical way.
CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
The Board of Directors (“the Board”) has adopted these guidelines to reflect Nokia’s commitment to good corporate governance . The Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee will periodically review these guidelines and propose modification to the Board for consideration as appropriate.

Nokia Corporation (“the Company”) being the parent company of Nokia Group is established and registered in Finland and must comply with Finnish law, including corporate laws and regulations.

2.1 Basic Responsibilities :-
