PROPORTIONAL VALVE
A proportioning valve is a valve that relies on the laws of fluid pressure to distribute input forces to one or more output lines. A proportioning valve can increase or decrease forces for each output, depending on the cross-sectional surface areas of those output lines.
The speed of the actuator can be infinitely adjusted using proportional valves.
OBJECTIVES
Optimizing the cycle time of the machine depending on the dies used.
A hydraulic circuit is to be designed.
Adjustment of a defined braking distance after a proximity switch.
Adjustment of the command value voltages and ramps on the command value module.
Examination of Δp influences on the velocity and braking distance.
METHODOLOGY
Selection of components.
Preparation of hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams and selection of the required drive elements and accessories with short description.
Preparation of the circuit on the test rig according to the diagrams.
Check for the desired results and evaluate them.
