Abstracts: “ONLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SYSTEM” is sending the requirements, receiving the requirements, chatting, sending the mail and add a new post.Admin and customers both have username and password while he/she enter the system. This is the main modules of our system.After login procedure is completed the customer can see his/her profile by using username and password. At the admin point of view he manage the customers profiles by add, delete and edit operations.Customer can view his account details and his personal information by just select the account option. Admin is also registered with this system. After login he/she can manage employee details, manage the products details, manage the customers details, edit the customers profile, manage the feedback and also chat with the customers.
