Abstracts: Office data management is very vital part of business process. Most of the organization follows either manual methods to store and maintain data or uses documents and spreadsheets for the same. This type labor-intensive work increases workload and reduces efficiency and performance of overall process. So we proposed a completely automated, computerized and online software, we called it Online Office Assistant. This system is service based system which provides support for various tasks performed to store and manage data. To be more precise this system manages various business process activities like; preparing and sending quotations, generating invoices, formulating contracts, task management, payroll management etc. Also it provides amenities like reminders and notifications for these deeds. Prominent feature of this system is its AA (Anytime Anywhere) behavior. Which is essential specifically for service based industries. Our proposed system reduces the overhead, improves the efficiency and thus performance of overall business process.
