After registration, the voter is assigned a secret Voter ID with which he can use to log in to the system and enjoy the services provided by the system, such as voting. If invalid / incorrect data is submitted, the citizen is not registered to vote. STUDY BACKGROUND The online voting system (OVS), also known as electronic voting, is a term that encompasses several different types of voting that encompass both electronic means of counting votes. Electronic voting technology may include punch cards, optical scanning voting systems and specialized voting kiosks (including self-registering electronic voting systems or DREs). It may also involve the transmission of ballots and votes through telephones, private computer networks or the Internet. Online voting is an electronic way of choosing leaders through a web-driven application. The advantage of voting online on the common "queuing method" is that voters have the option to vote in their own free time and it is not NIIT.
The online voting system is designed to count the number of votes and calculate the percentage of votes. You also get the number of votes a candidate gets. Together with the number, the percentage of votes for each candidate is calculated. The system is designed in such a way that you can also check for duplication. Then decide the winner in each section. The project is designed with a modular approach and the number of modules is decided according to the requirements of the organization. The two modules are the administrator module and the user module. The administrator has full authority of the organization and maintains all aspects. The user has the willingness to see the list of all the candidates and results, as well as to vote for the desired candidates.
