INTRODUCTION
The image processing has paved ways in understanding images in a better form and ways. On the other hand, this can even make possible of certain impossible tasks like that of eradicating some of the deadliest disease like cancer. The process involves capturing of the complete details of all the cells present over that specified region affected by cancer and comparing it with that of the normal cells. This comparison process is done after the image and the details of the cells are attained.
IMAGE CAPTURING – MICROGRAPH
The process involved in capturing the image of the cells inside particular organ is done by the process of endoscopy or biopsy. Incase of an image of the cells pertaining to the lungs are to be captured, then an endoscopy is made via mouth or by just creating an abscission in a particular spot in the chest. On the other hand, if the image has to be captured in liver, an endoscopy can’t be done here. Incase of this, the biopsy is done where an incision is made and the picture is captured.
IMAGE PROCESSING
Image processing is any form of signal processing for which the input is an image, such as a photography or video frame; the output may be either an image or, a set of characteristics or parameters related to the image.
Image processing consists of set of computational techniques for analyzing, enhancing, compressing, and reconstructing images. Its main components are importing in which an image is captured through scanning or digital photography; analysis and manipulation of the image accomplished using various specialized software applications and output (e.g., to a printer or monitor). Image processing has extensive applications in many areas, including astronomy, medicine, industrial and remote sensing by satellites.
CONCLUSION
If the proposed theory is experimented with the corresponding tools in a confirmed and effective way then there is a chance for complete elimination of the CARCINOMA which may safe valuable human lives.
