Abstracts: To Performance Analysis Of shell And Tube Type Heat Exchanger: In Shell and tube heat exchanger, reduce the velocity of the working fluid due to Frication between fluid surface and shell and tube. Velocity of working fluid is related with viscosity of the working fluid. As in cold countries as the temperature decreases, the viscosity of the oil increases, which may result in ineffective working of Heat Exchanger used in Hydraulic Power-Pack and other application. The hydraulic power pack and other application gets jammed, so it may not give the effective working. Similarly in warm countries, the overall atmosphere temperature increases, which may result in decreasing viscosity of oil Hence there may be problem of leakages, due to leakage efficiency of shell and tube type heat exchanger is reduced. Other problem creates due to pressure drop. Due to pressure drop Pump required to create the useful pressure. We try to solve this problem with the help of CFD Simulation and Experimental results analysis solved this problem for given shell and tube type heat exchanger.
