Operational Feasibility
The operational feasibility is obtained by consulting the system user whether it satisfies the user’s requirements. A system with an easy interface will always help the user to use the system.
The new system has completely user friendly interface. It has been designed to be pretty intuitive, so that even an un-experienced person can easily handle the system. So it is operationally feasible.
Business functions are reengineered to achieve broader scope and higher level of automation. Manual processes too are modified. Every company has its own culture and new system should fit the company culture.
Stakeholders
Stakeholders are anyone who has an interest in the project. Project stakeholders are individuals and organization that are actively involved in the project, or whose interests may be affected as a result of project execution or project completion. They may also exert influence over the project’s objectives and outcomes. The project management team must identify the stakeholder, determine their requirement and expectations and to the extent possible, manage their influence in relation to the requirement to ensure a successful project
Fact Finding Technique
To study any system the analyst needs to do collect facts and all relevant information .The facts when expressed in quantitative form are termed as data .accurate information can be collected with the help of certain methods or techniques. These specific methods for finding information is called fact finding techniques
ACTIVITY DIAGRAM
Activity diagram are useful for analyzing a use case by describe
What action needs to take place and when they should occur.
Describing a complicated sequential algorithm and modelling application with parallel process.
Activity diagram do not give detail about how object behave but shows the effect of external events on internal processing.
CLASS DIAGRAM
Class Diagram provides an overview of the target system by describing the objects and classes inside the system and the relationships between them. It provides a wide variety of usages; from modelling the domain-specific data structure to detailed design of the target system. With the share model facilities, you can reuse your class model in the interaction diagram for modelling the detailed design of the dynamic behaviour. The Form Diagram allows you to generate diagram automatically with user-defined scope.
