Parameter Based Device Control And Regulation ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
In today’s context energy has become the inevitable impetus for socio-economic development.
At the educational level, it is therefore critical for engineering and technology students to have
an understanding and appreciation of the technologies associated with energy. In today’s world
energy is rapidly gaining importance, everywhere energy takes priority so to save energy
different technology has been evolved.
This project presents a temperature controlled fan speed which is very much useful for the
management of energy wastage in day to day life. All the circuits and necessary software have
been designed and developed to perform the technical task. It is a regulated speed fan which is
controlled by the temperature of atmosphere and its variation. Temperature is a physical property
of matter that quantitatively expresses the common notions of hot and cold. Objects of low
temperature are cold, while various degrees of higher temperatures are referred to as warm or
hot. Quantitatively, temperature is measured with thermometers, which may be calibrated to a
variety of temperature scales. Temperature relates to the thermal energy held by an object or a
sample of matter, which is the kinetic energy of the random motion of the particle constituents of
matter. While the thermal energy of an object is proportional to the amount of matter it contains,
temperature measures thermal energy in a manner that is independent of size; it is an intensive
property, while thermal energy is an extensive property.
Our project has designed and implemented a simple method of controlling the speed of fan as
well as the glowing of bulb. Hence by doing this we can easily control the speed and also can
raise the living standard of human life.
