How is Your Employee Performing
Objective
Creating and managing a web portal for a corporate house so that management can check how
individual employee is performing. Based on his/her in time, out time, working hours, efficiency etc.
this system should be capable enough to interact with daily, weekly tasks assigned to the
employee and his reporting to the team lead.
Users of the system
Multiple profiles of users shall operate this system.
1. Administrator
2. Project manager
3. Team Lead
4. Employee
High Level Requirements
1. Administrator be able to manage all the resources required to analyze performance,
add, update, delete users.
2. Upload feedback surveys and get analytical reports on services by employee .
3. Administrator will add new performance criteria.
4. Employee be able to input his data like in time, out time, work assigned, task
completed, time consumed and additional comments if any.
5. Team lead and HR can check MIS generated for a specific employee and his rating.
6. Rating should be calculated automatically and should be mailed to employee on HR
requirement.
7. Employee should get some suggestions to improve his rating.
8. Participate in discussion forum / polls.
9. Mailing system to add new employee, forgot password etc.
Non Functional Requirements
1. Internet Explorer 7.0 above browser compatibility
2. Proper user-id/password based user authentication to allow access to the system.

Sub-components using RSA7.5.
