Performance Appraisal System Abstract
ABSTRACT
The project entitled “Performance Appraisal System”
is decision support system for a
customized multi-rater assessment process designed specifically for use in the evaluation of
employee’s performance.Yea th4The projcourse objective of the ect is intended to meet to meet
the partial fulfillment of the course objective of 4th Year, part II of BE Computer engineering
students.The report provides details about the conception,design, implementation, and
application of our project “Performance Appraisal System”.
In this paper, we proposed a performance appraisal system using 360 degree evaluation model .
We developed a model of this process and conducted a systematic review of the relevant
research. Management classification of “outstanding”, “poor” and “average” performance may
not be an easy decision. Besides that, superior might also tend to judge the work performance of
their subordinates informally and arbitrarily especially without the existence of a system of
appraisal.The project was under the collaboration of Nepal Investment Bank with the proper
objectives and methodologies and also deals with approximated cost estimation for this thought
to come true.
