Personal Identification With Digital Photogrammetrical Techniques
Abstract
Accompanying developments in technology, security issue has started to take place amongst the indispensable factors. Various methods which increase the security of every kind of systems has been using and alternate solutions have been searching.
The biometry technologies, which hold on usage of principal in individual‟s identification of physical features, are the approaches that have quite often met recently.
In this study, a plural biometric identification system has been suggested to hold on materiality of biometric features acceptable and the most natural according to user. In the study, it has been imposed from the fingerprint and face knowledge belonged the individual.
Existing fingerprint recognizance systems use the ridge ending points and the bifurcation points from extraction of fingerprint images. In the automatic fingerprint recognizance systems called as with attribute basement and used such features, in order to be checked against the fingerprint, it is computed transformations such as transition and scaling and turning amongst the recorded pinpoint piles in entrance and database, and it is decided the pairing according as the number of special feature which resembled each other aftermath transformation.
In the study, by using the Affine transformation which was two dimensions linear and was often used in the Photogrammetry, it has been realized the coupling of the specialty points. By using the Affine transformation, it had been realized a coupling method, which did not need scaling, and being computed of the angles of the specialty points. With the Affine transformation, it had been seen that the comparing of the data could be done faster and easier and provided reduction in the datum, which were recorded to the database and it, had provided success in the pairing process.
By using the geometric point based method to recognize face, it had been done pairing process with the cross correlation method. The process of recognize face used for confirming the individual after the fingerprint and individual had been recognized.
In a system which was evaluated the fingerprint and the face pairing together, it had been found that the system had hardly ever made mistake pairing.
