Abstracts: The Study Of Manufacturing was very important in order to carry out project to insure that student understand on what are the needs which are to be done. This project is about designing and fabricating the pick and place robot with conveyor to help industry easily manage the material handling system. The project involves designing and fabricating and assembling the pick and place robot with conveyor considering forces and ergonomic of the people to use. After designing completed, it was transformed to its real product where design is used for the guideline. This project is also requires insuring the safety for indeed of publishing. Methods and process involving in this project for instance joining using bending,welding, drilling and grinding process. This project is mainly about handling material here first we have a conveyor which help us to carry the material the conveyor is having a electrical panel connected to a photo sensor which detects anything blocking the light further we have a pick and place robot such systems are very useful in material handling in an accurate and faster manner with less effort. The pick and place robot having a pneumatic actuator which works to rotate the column in 90 degree every single time clockwise direction with it arm connected to the column rotates and at the end of the arm we have a pneumatic cylinder connected to it we have a electro magnet the pneumatic cylinder makes the motion of up and down which allows the electromagnet to come in contact with the metal so that it can grab it as its application. The pick and place robot with conveyor helped us to understand the fabrication and designing process that involve in this process.
