The telecommunication industry in emerging markets offers abundance of opportunity for growth and expansion. Specifically in the Indian markets, one of the primary targets is to have ubiquitous connectivity. Rural India which has been comparatively untouched by this growth offers a lot of opportunity for communication expansion and infrastructure development. Characterized by low income group, spatial locations and geographical constraints they offer a unique challenge to provide ubiquitous connectivity at low cost. Working with the Performance department of the firm, I was able to analyse the basic necessities of a telecom system and the ways in which it could be improved. Improvement of the system is pretty essential in today’s scenario of overpopulation where people are trying to communicate in every best possible way, under a cost efficient and best quality network which is why the competition of the market has increased to a very high level.
Training in an organization like “TELECOMMUNICATION” which is fuelled by the individuals with so much zest & energy, “teaming” up to form a formidable force, was in itself a true learning experience which is going to help us immensely in our career. There is no substitute to “Teamwork”, this is one of the many lessons I learnt during our training in “Telecommunication”.
I would like to thank and express my gratitude towards the personalities who have helped me to undertake and complete this project. First and foremost I express my gratitude towards Mr. SandeepKambojfor their support in completing this project. They provided me valuable guidance and technical skill without which this project would not have been possible.
