Abstracts: The main problem with the traditional system is the requirement of the experienced employees, only they can estimate the time required precisely and keeping eye on the work going on. The fresh employees take time to estimate the time required and generally fail to schedule them. Here we are trying to overcome the problems by studying the investment casting process and implement them in the software. The software provides the auto schedule so that fresh employee can get the idea directly from the software and experienced one can have batter help for any unexpected errors. The software will be designed in the java as the front end and MySQL as the back end. Software accepts the order from employees; scan the database for the availability of the resources. If the order is possible to perform then it must be approved by the head employee. Once the order is approved it can be proceeds for the scheduling and simulation. The approved order is then assigned a priority based on the record of the customer or one can set manually, i.e. greater the orders placed by the customer are given higher priority. Now the computation for scheduling starts, check the resource availability, priority, compute required time, check for the collision etc. The changes made and the effect it reflects is the simulation part. User is provided a simulation interface for making changes and reflected effects. Changes can reflect some collision, so collision creating changes must not be allowed. The avoidance is done by continuously checking the database for resource availability and computing the time required. Providing the simulation gives the user a great flexibility of making right decisions. The problem of being present at the plant for keeping eye on the process can also be removed; we are providing the head employee the facility of accessing the software remotely via mobile. This provides a great flexibility to the manager (head employee). So provides a great relief to the head employee.
