SPEED CONTROL OF BLDC MOTOR USING PREDICTIVE NEURO PID CONTROLLER

Abstract :
In this presentation , we have made a thorough analysis of BLDC motors simulation system , in which we use Predictive Neuro PID controller using RBFNN algorithm.
This Simulation system is of great advantage for parameter testing and setting for the control of BLDC motor compared with traditional methods.
Brushless DC Motor
No Commutators
Position of Coils with respect to the
magnetic field is sensed electronically.
Current is commutated through
electronic switches to appropriate phases.
BLDC motor are synchronous motors.

CONCLUSION
The Sensorless speed control of BLDC motor using Predictive Neuro PID controller with Proportional ,Integral and Derivative constants tuned using RBFNN shows negligible settling point of speed as compared to the conventional PID controller which uses manual tuning technique.
Adopting Wireless module to the designed motor in future ensures more ease of operation, accesibility and efficiency.
