Schedule Dispatch System

There are different schedule scopes in SPEXPERT: The shift schedule and the scheduling during the day on the basis of up-to-date deviations. The dispatch schedule allows the user to balance scheduled assignments without editing the shift schedule. Absences (such as “sick”) and shifts can additionally be entered and remarked. The shift and the dispatch schedule base on the same schedule data but they differ in the way they display it. Whereas the shifts of the scheduled employees are displayed in the shift schedule, the dispatch schedule displays the number of hours that are scheduled within an attendance shift for employees of a specific scheduling group. If the personnel requirements fluctuate noticeably during a day – as due to a rush order in the production department, a higher call volume in a call center, or a delay in the schedule plan – the personnel scheduler can lengthen (or respectively shorten) the employees’ shifts with the dispatch schedule to meet the staffing requirements of the scheduling group.
Modules
Driver: His duty is to report the information to the Head by logging in his account. Whenever he gets registered into this system he will get an id, which is a unique.
Scheduler: He can schedule the departure and arrival time of the buses and can see the reservation status.
Dispatcher: He acts as a manager, he can add the vehicle into this system, can dispatch the vehicle and can allot the tickets.
Existing System:
Till now, we don’t have a system in which driver can login and reporting to his superiors. He has to get down in each stop and report his superiors. With this it effects on process and gets delay. He cannot reach the destination in time, which effects his economy. Sometimes passengers will have some urgent work because of this existing system they cannot reach the destination in time and cannot attend that emergency work. It effects driver as well as the passengers. So, to overcome these problem we implemented proposed system
Proposed System:
In this, we are providing a login page to the driver by which he can access it in his system present in his vehicle he can report anywhere, no need to get down in the stop and wait for the superior. Instead, he will login and report.
