Abstracts: This project is the application of the automatic control of photovoltaic cells. In this project the controlling is done by tracking the sun, so the output remains constant. The new fact in this project is the wireless data transfer protocol named “ZIGBEE”.This data transfer protocol will transfer the data for monitoring as well as controlling. The tracking system will made by programming the Arduino microcontroller. The LDRs are used in this project, the output of the LDR circuit would be given to the Arduino controller, the value of LDR volages will be compared to other LDR voltages, when the comparing will give non zero output, then the Arduino will give command to stepper motor to rotate the photovoltaic cells panel, the rotating signal will be terminated whrn the LDR voltages of all the LDR become same. Simultaneously the continuous monitoring of power will be done. By this project we will learn about the Arduino microcontroller which we will use, about “ZIGBEE”.
