The separation of 5'Phosphodiestarase from germinated barely seeds using reverse miceller solution 5' Phosphodiestarase (5' PDE) is an enzyme that hydorlyse RNA to mixture of riboneuclotides, from which the flavor enhancer such as 5 guonasine monophosphate (5'IMP) and 5'inosine monophosphate (5'IMP) can be isolated. RNA with 5' Phosphodiestarase (5' PDE) is used comercially to manufacture flavor nucleotides and other pharmacetically important nucleotides.
