Abstracts: Current Scenario: Current scenario says that there are existing on-line File sharing system but they are not global i.e. they do not track their database globally. Moreover the system is not fully automated. The project functionalities and features in the system is as described, on admin-side the database system will be maintained on central basis and will exist on cloud and multiple users will be able to access it centrally. Data storage appears as a central component of the problematic associated with the move of processes and resources in the cloud. Whether it is a simple storage externalization for backup purposes, use of hosted software services or virtualization in a third-party provider of the company computing infrastructure, data security is crucial. This security declines according to three axes: data availability, integrity and confidentiality. Numerous techniques targeting these three issues exist, but none presents the combined guarantees that would allow a practical implementation. The authors’ solution relies on the integration of these techniques to a virtualization middleware. Quality of service definition allows specifying the nature of the se. Some services already offer this, the “virtual folder” with all the files that might actually be there or pulling the list of file from their original locations, would show all the contents of what is being synced online. The files could be differentiated with different icon colors to show if a file is only in the main folder or is only a “pointer” to another location This folder should be able to be shared over the network too so if my family wants to backup stuff on this “special folder” we all would know that everything in there will be backed up online
