Abstract
In many areas of the world, finding the type of timber or particle board needed to build a good quality wooden board is becoming a problem. As a result, particle board is beginning to be used by many wooden photo laminators. The information provided in this project report relates specifically to the production of an open fishing photo lamination. It is a simple, easily-formed, room worthy thing. Its general-purpose design is suitable for inside the room/office or around the area.
A general basic knowledge in the use of polyester resin as a photo lamination material is presented and step by step construction of an open fishing photo lamination using polyester resin is set out in detail.
In addition, the project report describes how to maintain a photo lamination and how to recognize fatigue problems. Some simple guidelines on how to repair minor damage to photo lamination are also included.
It is assumed that people planning to build a photo lamination already have a good, general understanding of basic hand tool use. This project report will also be a useful aid for maintaining and improving quality control practiced by photo lamination maker who already have some experience working with this material.
This project report should give laminator and freshmen (person who never had experience with photo lamination) a better understanding of how Polyester resin acts, how to recognize fatigue problems and more serious damage, and how to carry out needed maintenance and repair.
