Abstracts: Student Helpline System is a solution offering Students and College Faculties a dependable and convenient solution for Communication and Information of current or future college activities. Traditionally the usual way for notifying students, the system of notice boards is employed. This method is efficient but is outdated and does not provide the information on the go. There is no way every student can be notified of every piece of information and it is usually not updatable. Also, there is no aggregate way to know the current status of all the student attendance, results and remaining backlogs. Currently the data is scattered over the different departments of the college, viz. Administrative Building, Library, Faculty Office etc. Modern Educational Institutes have access to computers and Internet. Using those tools we aim to eliminate to information gap and reduce the time for notifications and updates to reach the students. The academic profile of a student will be available at one central place with all the details pertaining to the student specified and available there. Also, physical presence will not be necessary for Faculties and Students to get access to the activities and events at the college.
