Abstracts: Heat exchanger is probably the most popular and widely used equipment whenever it comes to control the heat of any material. It is a common method used in fabrication, being critical enough to have the size of components determined by the controlling the desired temperature. Because of its wide and flexible use, performance has been the concern of designers and researchers who have studied it both analytically and empirically in an effort to maximize the performance. This maximization when achieved would reduce the cost of material, size of the structures and processing energy cause at that time size of the device will be reduced. The goal of the work described in this paper was to develop a general selection of the heat exchanger design which is capable to producing the high performance compared to conventional one. Since many variables enters in the process. The material was limited to as it is. As after the long use of Heat exchanger the degradation of the gasket occasional due to temperature gradient and chemical reaction it’s use is eliminated and metal jackets are used for same purpose. It is hoped that this method will provide practicing engineers a solution that is required to enhance the performance of heat exchanger.
