Handling of BHEL & Thermax Ltd. Vendor's and other Corporate Customers (Submission of quotation, negotiation of pricing, arranging for the dispatches, & maintaining relations)

Maintenance of the master file (TSPPL, CSPPL) for the yearly.
Following up of C – Forms of various customers & brokers.

On the basis report received for plant analysis of daily report, dispatches report, order status, outstanding statement of TSPPL,CSPPL & TUML.
To prepare the Collection plan (TSPPL, CSPPL) against current outstanding and base on fresh sale for upcoming month.
To prepare the Sale plan of (TSPPL,CSPPL) for upcoming month.
To Maintain the master file (TSPPL, CSPPL) for the yearly basis.
Follow up of C. From collection.
Keep updated customer list with status of every current developing orders.
Contribution Towards Organizational Growth
Better work culture, sustain the discipline and give prompt services to the department as well as to the customer.
To collect the order with high contribution to the NSR.
Vigorous follow up with the customer to collect the payment as per the payment terms. This will help us to meet daily requirement of organization.
Monitoring of collection plan to achieve the Targeted collection for the month. This collection plan help to the management to commitment of release the payment for raw material.
Structuring the sale plan as per gaudiness of HOD.
Customer Scheduling- monitoring dispatch as per customer schedule.
Learning’s during the Journey
1. Interaction with senior and learning the art of dealing with
customer.
2. Learned how achieve the sale targets, with the effective marketing strategies along with marketing team.
3. Evaluating the customer sentiment.
4. How to set the target, how much afford we need to achieve the target. What type of problem are face to achieve target and how to solve the problem?
5. Evaluation of demand for steel in different sector.
