One LED bulb
Connect to
2 cells Baterry 3.75
Connects to
4 RCA Connectors
6 LEDs
4 LED Voltage meter display with adjusters
Hardware:
The battery pack will consist of two or three 3.7V, 4Ah 26650 lithium cells. Each regulator should be able to do the following:
1. Operate when no load is present
1. Output 3.0 to 6.0 volts in 100mV increments
2. Voltage accuracy should be +/- 50mV
3. Maximum output current is 6A at 50% duty
4. Maximum ambient operating temperature is 40C
5. Shutdown in the event minimum battery pack voltage is reached
6. Greater than 75% operating efficiency
7. Signal the MCU that a load is present
These are the things I would expect from the regulator.
Hardware:
software perspective, I have to write the following routines:
1. Multiplexed display driver
2. Voltage regulator control loop
3. LED outputs
4. Button input test (factory use only)
5. LED display segment test (factory use only)
6. Voltage regulator test (factory use only)
I would like to use Atmel for the main microcontroller. I have all the
necessary development tools including an emulator for Atmel microcontrollers. If you prefer a different microcontroller family,
please let me know
