interpretation :
interpretation Most of the employees were availing the welfare facility and were satisfied with the routine welfare facility & on an average time taken for the approval was 1 to 2 week. As far as the special welfare facility is concerned the employees were found satisfied with it but time taken for approval was 2 to 3 week in most of these facilities as the study shows. Most the employees were satisfied with the welfare facilities conducted by the hotel. Most of the employees were satisfied with the medical committee. But when it comes to the allowances specially the EDUCATIONAL & HRA , had mixed response from the employees.
Conclusion :
Conclusion As the study of the need and concern model and its further analysis indicate the concern which was dominating in all the needs was the increase in wages so the management should think to increase the wages prior to the increase in inflation. All the employees are satisfied with the welfare activities given by the hotel.
