Abstracts: Now days, Reducing energy destruction and obtaining the maximum useful work of any system is important and feasible requirement. In a present work, the focus is on the Thermoeconomic analysis of H2O/LiBr vapour absorption refrigeration system. The exergetic analysis, exregy destruction, and exergetic efficiency of each component is analyzed by applying Thermodynamic analysis on system. Thermoeconomic analysis applied to calculate the economic cost of all the internal flows and product of the system also estimated the purchase equipment cost of each component. The analysis is drawn for 50TR H2O/LiBr double effect vapour absorption refrigeration system of the Heavy Water Plant, Vadodara.
