Time Schedular
A. Software Requirement Specifications
1. Introduction:
This document aims at ‘schedule the time table and solve the common room problem’. Efforts have been made to define the requirements exhaustively and accurately. The main emphasis given in the project is on schedule.
1.1 Purpose
This specification document describes i.e. a graphical application that is designed to help in scheduling time table. The user enter the choice to select the function which they want to select and select one of the requirement 1.if they want to enter the teacher name whose are in college 2.if they want to enter the room which kind of room they have and what is there capacity for accommodation 3.if any of his teacher left the college so they can remove there name 4.if they change the room type so they can remove the room name and enter new name 5&6.He can view the room and teacher name which they enter .7.they can create the time table of any institution .8.they can view the time table which they created.
1.2 Scope
This application is used by the any institution to manage there record related to schedule of institution.
1.3 Definitions, Acronyms, and Abbreviations

1.4 Developer’s Responsibility Overview
The developers are responsible for the following-
1. Developing the application.
2. Installing the software on client’s hardware.
3. Conducting any user training that might be needed for using the system.
4. Maintaining the application and upgrading it if required.
2. Overall Description:
2.1 Product Function Overview
The ‘A Mini scheduler’ is a graphical application that is divided into following modules:
• Frame Design
• Time Table
2.1.1 Administrator Module
Administrator Module is a module where the administrator can do the following tasks:
• Create time table
• Remove teacher name
• Remove room information
2.1.3 User Module
Users are the guest who can open web pages of specified website and can do following tasks:-
• View the time table
• View Status
2.2 User Characteristics:
2.2.1 Expected Knowledge
There is no any required knowledge just basic knowledge in computer is required. He must be a computer literate.
2.2.2 Required
Essentially well versed in English understanding and English writing.
2.3 General Constraints
2.3.1Hardware Constraints
The system must run on Pentium III, processing speed with local HDD of 10 GB and RAM of 64 MB minimum.
2.3.2Software Constraints
The system should be compatible with source systems like Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows XP compatible workstations. It must have java1.3 or advance version of java.
2.4 General Assumptions & Dependencies
The application is supported only on those systems that have turbo ‘c’ used to initialize the component for the application.
3. Specific Requirement:
3.1 Input & Output
There is basically only one module i.e. user.
3.2 External Interface Requirements
3.2.1 User Interface
User uses the web browser for net use i.e. for browsing the web pages.
3.2.2 Hardware Interface
The system must run on Pentium III, processing speed with local HDD of 10 GB & RAM of 64 MB minimum.
3.2.3 Software Interface
The system should be compatible with source systems like Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows XP compatible workstations. It must have turbo ‘C’ or advance version of ‘C’ installed on it.
3.2.4 Communication Interface
Communication between user and application requires keyboard and mouse as primary interface.
