Abstracts: To provide easy user work with this system on intranet with user name and password given by administrator and also to provide better GUI and user-friendly environment for collecting toll on vehicle for the use of road. Managing the users and collected information and report generation. As means of raising supplemental revenue, highway tolling offers numerous advantages, as well as some disadvantages. Advantages include the additional revenue generated by the tolls, the ability to assign charges directly to those actually using the facility, the public’s willingness to pay direct user charges associated with a specific benefits, the ability to move projects forward more quickly, a continuing source of funds for operations and maintenance, the potential use of tolls to manage travel demand and congestion, and an enhanced opportunity for public-private and public-private partnerships. Disadvantages include the costs associated with collecting the tolls (both direct and indirect), the potential for tolls to be perceived as double taxation and potential equity issues. This project is for toll tax collection and management system. It provides user friendly service. It is intranet service that connects toll tax service center. There are many problems with existing system. To solve this issue, it is decided to develop an Intranet based Toll tax Collection and Management system for Government. It will very useful for maintaining centralized database between all toll tax centers, generate report on taxes, vehicles, etc. This problem deals with development of an intranet based toll tax collection and management system in which it categorize transportation service according to its time schedule and collect the tax, vehicles are also categories like Car/Bus LCV, etc.. This solution must achieve some selected goals. Firstly it must provide with an interactive platform where serviceman at toll station can share and view the data of all station. Toll Road Payment systems have really helped a lot in reducing the heavy congestion caused in the metropolitan cities of today.
