Executive Summary
The tourism industry has undergone rapid growth of unsurpassed nature over the last several decades. This has mainly been due to the advent of a 'borderless' world and increased information dissemination about the majestic sceneries throughout the world, with the Indian region being no exception.
We are on the brink of penetrating a lucrative market in a rapidly growing industry. The current trend towards an increase in the number of tourists entering the country presents an opportunity for Happy Stay Tours to penetrate the market. An opportunity for Happy Stay Tours success exists because the national tourism industry is growing at a rapid pace annually. Happy Stay Tours is poised to take advantage of this growth and moderate competition in the city travel portion of the industry, with a dedicated and experienced staff, excellent networking, and effective management and marketing. Happy Stay Tours intends to provide travel and adventure packages to tourists primarily in the Northern region, but also the whole of India. Services and products provided by Happy Stay will initially include pre-arranged tours, custom packages according to client’s specifications, travel consultation, and as time progresses making reservations for lodging amongst other related services.

Legal Process for Starting Business
1. Obtain director identification number (DIN) on-line
2. Obtain digital signature certificate on-line
3. Reserve the company name with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) on-line
4. Pay stamp duties online, file all incorporation forms and documents online and obtain the certificate of incorporation
5. Make a seal
6. Visit an authorized franchise or agent appointed by National Securities Depository Services Limited (NSDL) or Unit Trust of India (UTI) Investors Services Ltd to obtain a Permanent Account Number (PAN)
7. Obtain a tax account number for income taxes deducted at source from the Assessing Office in the Mumbai Income Tax Department
8. Register with Office of Inspector, Mumbai Shops and Establishment Act
9. Register for VAT online
10. Register with Employees' Provident Fund Organization
11. Register for medical insurance (ESIC)
