Abstracts: Most of traffic police department in urban areas of India use printed chalan memo to charge fine to the culprit who break traffic rules l.e. driving vehicles without license and or helmet or PUC certificate etc. there are many disadvantage of this system like many corrupted police office may use their own printed chalan book to charge fine from culprit. In such case it will financial lose to the government. Many times Traffic police may stand at traffic point not allocated officially to him. Or in May cases they may not available physically at allocated traffic point. In this system traffic police inspector has to keep fine amount with him for long time say till he reach to police station. If someone has theft vehicle is caught by cop, then it is not possible to ascertain whether he is just culprit or criminal who has theft vehicle. Traffic police chalan system is going to be developed with aim of providing Chalan via SMS, E-mail, and Print to Culprit by traffic police department at anytime any place using android mobile phones as well as provide easy access the RTO information. It also help Police Superintendent to find out geographical location of traffic police officer & also notify when traffic police officer is not at allocated traffic point for more than specified time. This system also notify cop if vehicle had been theft previously thus allow police to catch criminals easily.
