This project report deals with the technical troubleshooting done by Unisys agents on following: Operating System Hardware Network MS Office 2010 The Troubleshooting is done either by mails, chats or by taking the calls. The tickets are generated by the agents for each issue separately. These tickets act as a reference number for future use. When the issue is resolved by the agent the ticket is considered as closed. If the issue still persist,the user can call back with the existing ticket or the ticket is raised to resolver team. The tools used by Unisys agents for generating a ticket are: ITSM : INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICE MANAGER. SRMS : SERVICE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Switcher or Aero Flip Once you open the Window Switcher, the scroll wheel is used to flip through all of the open windows. (Windows key + Tab) Aero Shake Just click the top of a pane and give your mouse a shake. Voila! Every open window except that one instantly disappears. Jiggle again—and your windows are back.
