WABIMAN Walking Biped Humanoid is a robot having LEGS. The inspiration of this project is a human being itself. Our goal is to develop biped humanoid robot that is capable of working stably in a human living and working space, with a focus on their physical construction and motion control. By observing the defects of the robots having wheels for locomotion this idea was popped up in our minds. The wheels can get stuck in the potholes or craters, thus it will create obstruction for completion of the desired task. If the robot is having legs, it will find its own way out of avoiding or overcoming an obstruction and it can complete the desired task in an estimated time.

At the first stage, we have to develop a human like biped robot, WABIMAN (Walking Biped Humanoid) which has ten mechanical degrees of freedom. Its weight is 1 kg here a moment compensation method is described for stability, which is based on a pattern switching technique. By a combination of both methods, the biped robot is able to perform dynamic stamping, walking forward and backward in continuous time. Using WABIMAN human follow walking experiments are conducted and effectiveness of the modes are verified.
This paper introduces various applications. Thus it can be called as multipurpose robot. The main purpose is that it can be used for military actions like knowing the positions of the enemies and also can be used to know the secrets about their plans and arms and ammunitions. It is used to study the geology of various corners of earth where human life does not exist. Also it is used to study the undiscovered regions of universe
