Abstracts: Investment casting process used for precision component manufacture calls for accurate procedure design. In investment casting shell formulation plays very impotent roll on quality of the shell. To observe and manage slurry consumption is also significant as cost point of view. The development times can be very high in the conventional process. In the current competitive environment, there is a need for the foundry and casting units to develop the components and the process at quick response times. In our project work we were use of Mable powder and Fly Ash as ingredients with ordinary “Slurry” for shell building which is readily soluble by mild environmentally friendly. Its effect on shell quality as well as time of shell making and cost of product. We have tried to implement specific process & reduce the coating of mould for specific product to better accuracy & precision work in parts which can be manufactured through investment castings. This method is fast developing and is more than competitive to traditional shell building process considering time and further the costs of development also have to be kept low to be competitive. The use of the combination of marble powder and fly ash provides a high strength core which is readily soluble by mild environmentally friendly acids.
