What is a Resume?
What is a Resume.doc (Size: 28 KB / Downloads: 24)
A resume is a manual or online copy of your bio-data. It has information about your academic details, work experience, summary & other information about your career / education. It is different from what we call as Curriculum Vitae (CV).
It can be used by an interviewer to scan your educational background. Basing on this document, he can decide whether to call you for an interview or not. It is a platform which leads you to the process of interview.
For example, you will carry your resume when you are going to demonstrate for the post of a lecturer in a college. In this case, the principal will first go through your resume.
An Entry Level Resume is created by/for a fresher, who is writing a resume for the first-time.
